House Call Connections, LLC is a mobile medical practice that provides quality medical care by experienced, board-certified nurse practitioners , physician assistants and physicians. Our medical providers have adult and pediatric experience and provide care for children and adults age 2 years and older.

John Vermilyen, Nurse Practitioner and Founder of House Call Connections
John graduated from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in 2001, earning a masters degree in nursing. He is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner. He has nearly 10 years’ experience as a nurse practitioner in emergency medicine and urgent care. He started House Call Connections to spend more time with patients and focus on their individual needs, in their homes or location of their choosing, at an affordable cost.
“I believe that providing house calls allows for more personalized care, improved patient satisfaction and better communication,” says John. “I believe that providing house calls improves access to medical care. With reasonable fees, visits are affordable to individuals without health insurance coverage or with high deductibles.”

Tim R. Johnson, MS, PA-C, Co-Founder, Business Director
After beginning his career in business as a systems analyst and e-commerce specialist, Tim made the switch to healthcare in 2006 when he received his Master of Science from the Physician Assistant Program at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. Before joining House Call Connections, he worked at ImmediaCare Urgent Care Clinics in Lakewood, CO and Panorama Orthopedics and Spine Center in Golden, CO. Tim enjoys using his analytical and interpersonal skills to problem solve while achieving a high level of trust and communication with all patients and colleagues.
Tim has also been an active volunteer for the American Diabetes Association’s Diabetes Camp, and in 2010 he assisted earthquake victims in Haiti through the CRUDEM Foundation. There he triaged, diagnosed and treated hundreds of victims at the Hopital Sacre Coeur and assisted with surgeries in the OR as well.

Dave ODell, M.D., Physician Advisor
Dr. Dave ODell received his medical degree from SUNY at Buffalo School of Medicine and completed his residency in family practice at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, CO. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice with a subspecialty in sports medicine.
After his residency, Dr. ODell pursued a fellowship in primary care sports medicine at the Ohio State University School of Medicine then returned to Colorado to practice in Littleton. In addition to being Physician Advisor for House Call Connections, Dr. O’Dell is currently on staff at Colorado Permanente Medical Group and other local urgent care clinics.
